The Dumfries Hockey Clubs (Ladies and Mens) run two ladies teams and a mens team.
The home matches are played at King George V Park, off Glasgow Road.
Both men and women of any age are invited to come along and join in the training sessions which take place on Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm at the KGV Park.
All matches and training at the KGV Park take place on astro-turf pitches. The teams come back to the Dumfries Sports Club for refreshments after the matches.
