Rejuvenation of the Tennis Courts
16 03 2015Dumfries Tennis Club courts being rejuvenated by Replay Maintenance, which has been made possible with £6,000 worth of funding from South West Environmental Action Trust (SWEAT).

Replay’s patented REPLAY REJUVENATION® process will restore our compacted and contaminated tennis courts surface to a nearly new condition, this process will improve the performance and appearance using compressed air to remove the contaminated sand and restore the pile to vertical. They then add 6 tonne of new clean sand to the carpet to complete the process.

2015 Memberships
12 03 2015All 2015 memberships should now be renewed, anyone who hasn’t completed this by the Sunday 15th March will have their key fobs and online account deactivated. Please note if you pay after this date it may take a couple of days to reactivate your account.

Easter Tennis Camps

Dumfries Tennis Club is running tennis camps over the Easter fortnight. These camps are open to current players and kids new to tennis.

DUMFRIES SPORTS CLUB – MEMBERSHIP WEEK 2015
SATURDAY 21 FEBRUARY to FRIDAY 27 FEBRUARY
Membership week for the coming year for the Sports Club takes place from Saturday 21 February to Friday 27 February.
Please note the following;
ALL Life Members are not required to do anything.
ALL Members who pay by Direct Debit, unless you are changing your circumstances or payment amount then you are not required to do anything and your membership will continue throughout 2015.
All members who pay by cash or cheque at the bar should complete a form and drop it off at the club during opening times and please make sure you get a receipt for your payment.
Members can also pay their membership fees through the PayPal system. This is done by you topping-up your booking account with the membership fee using either a Credit Card or Debit Card, then the club will remove this from your account. Please advise the Membership Secretary membership@dumfriessportsclub.co.uk if you are planning to do this, once received you should get an email to confirm payment from the club.
Memberships rates have been kept unchanged from the fourth year.

Squash Club Night Update

Announcing Club Night Changes
Club night on Mondays will be changing a little from this week onwards with the first hour from 6:15-7:15 for women only… Women’s Hour!
We hope this will encourage our female members to come along and play in the knowledge that they will be playing with other women- you can play squash or racketball it’s up to you!
From 7.15pm it will continue as normal with any player welcome.
Club nights are times to come along put your name down pay a small fee and get some good games and hopefully a bit of a laugh too!
