Elliott Graham from APD said “we are pleased to support a local community club like Dumfries Cricket Club and last year was such a big year for them with APD Dumfries becoming Western Premier Champions.”

Club Chairman, Rory Fergusson, said “We are very appreciative for the sustained support we get from APD. It has made an appreciable difference for us and how we can invest in the club, from year to year”.

The Sponsors Day at Nunholm produced the weather with a sunny day and the ground in top condition for the players and spectators. It was also Ladies Day and appropriately two players from the Women’s team, Kirsty Strachan and Rosy Ryan, made their debuts for the Seconds in their league win at Ayr, which would also be a first for the Club.
